We set the maximum enrollment of the summer school at 50 in order to ensure the critical interactions among participants, the invited keynotes, instructors, and guest speakers. For the application process, please submit a statement of intent (maximum 800 words) including the following items:
(1) a short bio, field(s) of study, and research interests;
(2) current project(s), e.g. senior capstone project, Master’s thesis, doctoral dissertation or externally funded project(s);
(3) What to achieve from the summer school;
(4) Contact information.
Attention international applicants:
Your applications will be reviewed in the order it was received. You will know the result within 7 days of submitting the application. If you are admitted, you must pay the fee within two days of receiving the mail.
International applicants: May 15th 2017
Domestic applicants based in China: May 20st 2017
The registration fee of the summer school is $375.00.
Scholarships will be available in the forms of the reduced or waiver of the registration fee and lodging subsidy.
