After an expedition to Everest, Juan Pablo decided to resign from the World Bank to lead the Colombian team
to reach the highest peak of each continent, a project so-called seven summits. They finished the project in April 2016 and one of their colleagues made the seven summits without a leg. His presentation will focus in the application of Everest experience at organization development and planning.
